Getting started
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are trading the same day. Verification is the only step with a wait attached.
What do I need to open an account?
Business registration details, valid ID for the primary owner, and the account you want settlements paid into.
Can I bring my existing records across?
Yes. Customers, products and opening balances import from a spreadsheet. Clean the list before importing, not after.
Payments and payouts
How quickly do settlements arrive?
Collections settle to your Niimbu balance, and you can pay out from that balance at any time.
What happens if a transfer fails?
It returns to your balance automatically, with the reason recorded so you can correct and retry.
Can I require approval before money leaves?
Yes. Approval rules are set per staff member with limits by amount, and every approval is recorded.
