Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee and no minimum contract. You can cancel at any time, and your records stay exportable if you do.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
You will see it coming rather than being cut off without warning. Moving up a tier takes effect immediately, so you are never blocked mid-month.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving up applies straight away. Moving down takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Do transaction commissions come on top?
Yes, they are charged separately from the subscription, and the rate falls as you move up a plan. The exact rate for each plan is in the comparison table above. If you are processing at volume, talk to us and we will look at your numbers with you.
What counts as a staff member?
Anyone with their own login. Staff records you keep for payroll purposes do not consume a seat unless that person also signs in.
Do you offer anything for larger operations?
Yes. The Scale plan covers most, and beyond that we price against volume and the support you need. Book a call and we will work it out with you.
