Money collected from customers settles to your Niimbu balance, and you can pay out from that balance whenever you choose.
Timing on the receiving end
Once a payout leaves, arrival time depends on the destination institution, which is outside our control. The status recorded against each transaction tells you where it currently sits, so you are never guessing.
Checking a specific payment
Every transaction carries its own status and timestamp. If a customer says they have paid and you cannot see it, search by amount or by their dedicated account number rather than by narration.
