A price list in three places is three price lists
One on the shelf, one on the website, one in the head of whoever is serving. They agree on the day they are written and drift from then on, and the customer is usually the one who finds the difference.
Set it up once
A product carries its variants, cost, price, tax treatment and images in one record. The counter, the store, a payment link and an invoice all read from it, so they cannot disagree with each other.
Margin, not just price
Because the cost price sits on the product, you can see what each line actually earns. The item that sells constantly and makes nothing is visible rather than assumed to be doing well.
The right price for the right buyer
Trade tiers, retail, promotional and outlet-specific pricing on the same product, applied by who is buying rather than by whoever is serving remembering to apply a discount.
Four steps to a catalogue that every channel reads
Add the product
Name, photos, description and the price you sell it at. Import a spreadsheet if you already keep one.
Describe how it varies
Size, colour, weight or pack, each with its own code, price and stock, rather than one product with a note in the description.
Set cost and tax
Cost price drives margin reporting, and the tax treatment is applied wherever the item is sold rather than typed onto each invoice.
Sell it everywhere
It appears at the counter, on the store, in payment links and on invoices immediately. Change the price once and all of them change.
One item, several prices, no mental arithmetic
Most businesses sell the same thing at different prices to different people, and the rule usually lives in the owner's head. That works until a member of staff serves the trade customer, or the owner is not there.
- Trade tiers applied automatically by customer
- Promotional prices with start and end dates
- Outlet-specific pricing where costs differ

The catalogue is also your shop window
The same record that prices the item at the counter is what a customer reads online. Photographs, descriptions and specifications are worth writing once properly, because they are doing the selling when nobody is standing there.

What a product record can carry
Variants and options
Size, colour, pack or weight, each with its own code, price and stock level.
Cost price and margin
Know what each line earns, not just what it sells for.
Barcodes and SKUs
Scan to sell and scan to receive, so counts stay right without typing.
Price tiers
Trade, retail and negotiated pricing applied by who the customer is.
Bundles and kits
Sell several items as one, with the component stock reduced correctly.
Tax treatment
VAT status set per product and applied wherever it is sold.
Images and descriptions
Written once, used by the store, the links and the invoice.
Services as well as goods
Bill for labour, delivery or a consultation from the same catalogue.
Bulk import and edit
Load or reprice a whole range from a spreadsheet in one pass.

You cannot manage a margin you have never measured.
Most businesses know their selling price and guess at the rest. Putting cost on the product turns a guess into a number, and the line that sells constantly while earning nothing stops hiding.
Trades where the catalogue is the business
Fashion and boutiques
Size and colour as real variants, each with its own stock and code.
Retail and supermarkets
Thousands of lines, scanned at the counter and priced consistently.
Building materials
Trade tiers by volume, with cost prices that make margin visible per line.
Pharmacies and clinics
Pack sizes, batches and regulated items handled as distinct records.
Restaurants and food
Menu items built from ingredients, so a portion reduces the right stock.
Electronics and gadgets
Serial-tracked items with specifications customers can compare.
No charge for the size of your catalogue
List as many products, variants and price tiers as the business needs. You are charged on the payments they generate, not on how much you have on the shelf.
- Unlimited products and variants
- Bulk import and repricing included
- Volume rates as sales grow
Frequently asked questions
Where does the catalogue apply?
Everywhere you sell. The counter, the online store, payment links and invoices all draw from the same product records, so a price change or a new item appears in all of them at once. There is no separate list to keep in step.
How do variants work?
A variant is a real record rather than a note. A shirt in three sizes and two colours is six variants, each with its own code, price and stock level. That is what makes stock counts accurate and lets a customer choose properly online.
Can I charge different customers different prices?
Yes. Price tiers sit on the product and are applied by who is buying. A trade customer sees trade pricing at the counter and on their invoice automatically, which removes the most common source of pricing mistakes.
Does Niimbu track my cost price?
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things here. With cost recorded, margin is reported per product, per category and per outlet, so you can see which lines actually earn rather than which ones move most.
Can I sell services as well as products?
Yes. Labour, delivery, consultation and repair can all be catalogue items. They behave the same on an invoice or at the counter, they simply do not carry stock.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with names, codes, prices, cost prices and opening stock. The same import is used later for bulk repricing, which is far quicker than editing lines one at a time.
What about bundles or combos?
A bundle is sold as one item and reduces the stock of each component behind it. This matters for hampers, meal deals and kits, where selling the bundle should not leave the component counts wrong.
Is there a limit on how many products I can hold?
No. There is no cap on products or variants, and no charge based on catalogue size. Pricing is on money moving, not on how much you list.
